Six Packs : My Passion

Toa yeha six packs ka jamana hai...

The first time i saw S.Ks six packs i found it okay as it takes just 3-4 months to get them if you regular in workout and follow a good diet. But the age and the hectic work schedule he has got them is great. On the other end i like more Sylvester Stallone pumping iron for rambo 4 at age of 60+ which is more commandaable. There is one more thing about S.k i found a 3-in-1 star in him , all though half of the indian film actor where there , there was also one hidden international star " jackie chan" in him if any one watch him carefully.

Anyways i still recollect when i was in A.I.M.S in 8th batch as usual sitting on the last bench with deepak and aman my close buddies.That was the fist time i talked about Weight training (Six packs) with them. At that time deepak knew about W.T as he use to work out then. i just asked him how do you go for it. He said the first few days you have do just light work out then you can go on increasing them. I asked him the first day " pachassa kilo" thek hai na.. aman and deepak looked at me and whole three of burst into laughter. But We never knew just after 2 years one day we will be pumping iron in the same GYM.



It was just after that 10" batch we had a long vacation . We had plenty of time to hang up so we joined the near by gym just close to A.I.M.S . I knew nothing but deepak knew much more so there was nothing to worry about. The first few days we worked on total light weight not that "50 kilo". i still recollect deepak was more excited to go work heavy workout and use flat bench rather then machine one.i was like bit scared as i had a slim and weak body at that time. but he convinced me he said he would give me support i need not to worry. he did his first set and asked me to do it. So i just had overall appox. 15 kgs weight for bech press hardly the second week of my workout .. deepak was just standing behind me for the lift.. i pushed the first rep..the second one and the third one was unberable that i tumble with the whole weight even deepak couldn't control it and the weight fell down.. some guys started laughing... so me ..but from that day onwards i never turned back.

later i was just dedicated with my workout ..i never skiped warmup, worked aleast a 1 -1/2 hrs or so.. when you workout you diet play a important role whether you are gaining weights or loosing one... so i had a very good diet..milk...fruits.. though at that time it was a pure veg.


while working out few guys did noticed at that time i had a good natural Physique with cuts what they suggested was to gain more muscle mass on the other part and as far as my elder brother body is concerned he has a very good natural flexible & tall body he can preform difficult yoga asans easily... that was like gifted to us.

When i started to work out i never wanted to go for a very huge bulky body or lift to much heavy weight just a very good physique. So i never lifted too much heavy weights.i was regular in my workout and diet plan within 3 months i had a good
shape.i used to work split workout shoulder ..chest..triceps etc alternate days.

I still recollect after few months later aman used to hang in with his elder brother so also came rajeev's brother. As i kept on working my upper body was best in shape only i was lacking was my thighs which i used to work out but not to regular. In order to maintain it i started to work twice a day once in the morning upper body and then again in the evening thighs and calf . It was difficult to work thigh part ..left those heavy squats..leg press machine...but i enjoyed it. I did relaise it is must for people who are models and do ramps walk it gives distinctive walking style.

as days passed... when i worked out in the gym people did appreciated my body and complimented me basically for my total ripped cut-up body "chor body" on the other side some would say "you don't look it you go to gym" i used to get stunned because i coundn't flaunt by body without shirt to show off everywhere to them.

One thing was that i never got a perfect professional guidance as at that time the owner of the gym didn't game much personal attention to each and everyone but he made a chart and asked to follow them..some time he used to give some tips.. some main basic i got from deepak here and there.when you to weight you should follow the right technique to do it. During that time i innovated some of the technique.I was impressed with one weight training book which i read that time was "it your body you look what's it needs,you don't have to worry what mr.universe is doing" if you are a beginner... just try to do some experiment which suits you body.... then you can split your workout"


As days passed i kept on working.My body became like.. when i gave a proper warm up within just 1-2 set any part of my body..bisceps or triceps would just pump up...sometime with those criss cross veins.



later i still recollect i shifted to other place. I found a new gym ..it was small one..the equipment were ok.. the best think i recollect was the crowd over there.crowd as like "Daya" of C.I.D fame would hang in in there ..at that time some guys use to call him "Yes sir" as he had any dialogue to say it was a new serial then.. today he had his same physique but on other end he is no more a "yes sir" he has acted well in " Jonny Gadar" movie. I even recollect Amair Ali of Nach Balye fame -3 would come in at that time he was just a flight purser some time he used come to work out directly after that hectic flight schedule...It was funs working with them. Sometime i used to do 150-200 sit ups in this gym.


Few years later i met up with a tragedy i suffered a shoulder injury , it was called tendinitis as short of inflammation i had to stop my passion... i went to good Physiotherapists for treatment..laser was given..hot and cold..etc but i didn't find that improvement.i opt for alternative therapy ..oil massage ...that was also not the best one..One of the funniest alternative suggestion i got from personal trainer from other state..he asked me to put "kerosene in iodex" and apply on the effected part..i was wondering what treatment what that was it just acted like a lubricant...i just tried once and forgot it.i become worried and consult anted best sports doctor and also the person who had suffered similar one injury...the last option doctor suggested me was to go for "Testosterone injection" a short of pain killer ...after taking some time .. i opted for it.. it was not the best thing as i was not much recovered ...it had two dose.. i took one ...it had side effects..may be due to my young age.. for time being i stopped my workout and some time i was on and off with it.


other amazing thing i recollect about my great grandfather was that he was a very active and sporty person he always like to walk and move around he couldn't sit in one place.he loved walking so much that when i was kid i heard sometime he used to come walking from joshewari to santacruz.somewhere i have his quality...some time i prefer walking.Mother from the yoga institute knew me from childhood she was the perfect institution in herself for yoga.

In this so many years i have worked hard on weight training, got early success what a real fitness person needs, i could had even opted for any competition at that time,i even faced sports injury to some extent recover from it.Though sometime i was in great shape i opt out from it and again restarted from scratch. I was on and off with it.. in weight training diet plays important part..though there are supplement available but i never tried them..you need more proper workout for it... i have a cook but i cant find that real taste which my mom used to cook, i can't push weight the same way i used to pump long back due to injury,you body loose that strength and stamina with the age and workouts.. but Every time i restarted my workout i always tried something new and different to motive my self.


This is the first time i am working on an advanced equipment with trainer. i suppose trainer are good as they give some good tips and if you are working on the professional level they motivate you and help you to pump that extra force reps which quite makes a difference in your body.

heavy weight and to much concentration during workout and maintaining full diet at proper time made me too furious.the best thing i did was after the workout i just do few yoga asans just to calm my body..

Lets see how many packs i can pull this time..

i suppose if you are sincere and dedicated in you workout within 3-6 months you can easily maintain a good physique. According to me weight training is like an art. "Jaise ek murtikar apni kala say murti ko tarsata hai waisay he weight training may hum apne ang kay har part ko tarsa tey hai".

Worlds Kraziest Innovation: The Art of Making Pizza without a Oven.

kafe kuch dino say mai eskay barey may likhna chatha tha.laykin maloom nahi kaun see baat thi joo mujhey iskay barey may leknay ko rokthi thi.

kafi kosish karney kay baad iskay barey may likh raha hoo. Yea kuch saal purani baat hai jab mainey bus khana banana suroo kiya thaa. tabhi mayrey paas kuch tips ke alawa nahi tha.Pher bhi bus mainey time being kay leya usmay jump kar diya...

Phelay mainay chai ke saath experiment kiya haath bhait gaya too masala chai with kaali meri..elachi.aadrak wala chi banani seekh lee.

uskay baad sabjee to aram say bana lay tha thaa.sikha to sabjee pure ghee may jayada aache ban thi hai...rotis too khabi..khabi gol ya kuch jayada gol ban ja thi thi.

baad may banathey banthey bor hogaya to kisney idea diya kuch hatkay aur fast try karney ko ..thaa who "PIZZA".. aur uskay saray tips to mil gaya. lekin kami thi sirf ek Oven ki .. Oven to lay lata tha lekin baad may kaun uskaa use kartha thaa.. iskay liya nahi liya wasay ready made pizza bhi market may miltha tha..

lekin phir ek idea strick ho ahaa.. "lets prepare without Oven"

to phir just for experiment maney 3 chotey pizza bread laya aayeha.. aur baki cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, pizza sauce,carrot, rest topping lay aya.

... bus experiment chalo hogya sarey topping taiyaar hogayey..bari thi usko barobar say bakeing ki.. mela to muzhey ek aacha non-stick indian kadaee. saray tomatato , cucmumber, carrot... topping pizza base pay rakh deyeha aur for proper heating us par ek perfect size ka plate rakh diya.. jismay say jayada hawa bhaar na jasakey. Bus 15 mintues kay baad maney plate nikala

aur pizza base dekha to mera pizza ekdam kala hogya tha "Papu pizza" type...topping was okay, somewhere this experiment got failed . I reliazed that the base was oveheated (somewhere reminded me A.I.M.S science subject).. i moved with next base. this time i made gas flame little bit slow than normal.. and every 30-40 seconds just checked the pizza baking by just slightly lifting the plate from the top.. after few minutes ... i started to get the sweet smell..this time i knew i experiment was successful.. i took out the pizza from the kadee .. this time it was just slightly brown...and when i cut it into two pieces it was s crispy.... just added pizza sauce ... and tasted it ...it was good.

Anyone can try to prepare this sort of pizza and it really works ... . if i could have some more time i could have shot and uploaded a video file for its demonstration.

Birthday !!!

Yaar!!! Yeha Kaisa B.D hai....Koi SMS Nahi ..Koi phone nahi.. Koi Mauj Masti Nahi.. Ek BD woh taha Jab mai Xth Ke Board Exam ke kafee kareeb thaa celebrate karneki koi phurshat nahi. aur ek yeha hai...


Lagtha hai Koi naraz hai... Kabhi Kabhi lagtha hai mai aaj bhi A.I.M.S Ki last bech pe ekla bhetha hoo !!!!
